The blue-marked cycle route No. 2416 connects Vyšný Kubín with Zázrivá. Over its 33.8 kilometres, it offers a varied combination of traditional Orava villages, open countryside, scenic views and forest sections. From Vyšný Kubín, the route continues to Jasenová, the birthplace of Slovak writer Martin Kukučín. It then follows paved tracks through the Na Doline and Štyri chotáre areas. A descent along field tracks leads to Žaškov, followed by a section along the Orava River towards Istebné. In Istebné, the route passes near the historic wooden articled church and its bell tower before continuing along forest roads through the Istebnianska Valley and the Malá Fatra National Park. The final section leads to Zázrivá, where cyclists can connect to other marked cycle routes. Combining asphalt, gravel and forest roads, the route is best suited to mountain bikes. Its length and profile make it a moderately difficult cycling route.
